According to a well-known cliche, Istanbul is a bridge between east and west. However is it enough to express inner of the city? Much more than a bridge, Istanbul is the meeting point of discrepancies. It's the place where they touch each other, understand each other and change each other.
It surely where continents geographically meet as well. Everyday more than 1 million citizens pass the bosphorus for their work or school. If we consider every pass as a tie between two continents, can we say that, everyday we are tying two continents, tying east and west, tying various people of our world to each other?
